Train the trainers
Learning in the 21st century has already taken on a dimension that makes the old methods of command and control, instruct and test obsolete. Some trainers and teachers worry that, as the central actors in the old system, they will be declared obsolete. Some will continue to defend the old system; others understand that their role is transformed and even enhanced.
Skillscaper is committed to bringing a new generation of trainers up to speed with the meaning of learning and its application. This doesn't mean putting all the accent on technology and producing a generation of geek teachers. It means harnessing the human power that no technology can supply.

Serious games
Skillscaper transforms the very notion of "serious games", which have now become the occasion for living social, profoundly human experiences that draw on the creativity of both trainers and learners.
Learnscaper works with its clients to design, produce and deploy a specific type of serious game that simulates conversations using video, photos or graphic avatars. Aiming at the experimentation of communication strategies, our programs take learners through an interactive game to produce their own film. They are then coached on the impact of their choices.
